What to do when "only the illusion and the road remain" and a few days of vacation? Find a guide on the Internet, write him a message, get a lightning-fast response and, without hesitation, buy plane tickets, book a hotel. And hit the road.This is how my sudden, short and very vivid trip to Armenia, to Yerevan, happened. ...ore"> My guide turned out to be a pleasant person in all respects: he reassured me that in four days you can have time to see a lot, moreover, he met me at the airport, took me to the hotel, told me about the main thing in order to get comfortable in an unfamiliar city. For the next three days, Armen Harutyunyan initiated me into the inexhaustible history of his country and showed me extremely beautiful places. The program was planned before my arrival. 05.09 — the pagan temple of Garni, the Geghard monastery, the gorge "Symphony of Stones" Asian reservoir 06.09 — Lake Sevan, Dilijan, Lake Parz, Haghartsin Monastery 07.09 — Khor Virap Monastery at the foot of Mount Ararat, Echmiadzin complex, St. Hripsime Church, Zvartnots-Temple of the Watchful Angels There was something to get excited about, of course, my head was spinning from the beauty, warmth and incomprehensible antiquity that they were able to preserve against all odds. And to love this small country. To take a fresh look at people who have been preserving themselves and their history for so many centuries. I had a guide with me who knows a lot of things and, very importantly, loves and understands his homeland. Moreover, he drives a car perfectly, feels the weather changes and knows how to get away from a downpour on a difficult mountain road in time, without changing the program due to sudden bad weather. He has not only water in his car, but also an umbrella and, I think, many other things that can be useful. It is very exciting, at the same time calm, safe and reliable to travel with Armen. It is very interesting and very comfortable! In general, I spent four days magically! I did not regret for a second that I decided to go on a trip and chose such a kind, intelligent, attentive and experienced guide. Thank you, Armen, I am very glad to meet you! And yes, I also have wonderful photos, they were also taken by Armen Harutyunyan! span>

Armen is just great! A worthy son of his wonderful people. Not only does he deeply know the history of his country, but he can also competently present it to guests. A man with a capital letter, he performs his duties as a tour guide with great love for his work. A great photographer! We brought back from Armenia, as a keepsake, wonderful photos taken by him.     I was looking for a guide for a trip to Sevan. I wrote to many people, but when Armen answered me, I realized from our first conversation that this was a 100 percent hit! If you want to take your time, slow down and go on a calm and eventful journey, then Armen is the best find! He is a wonderful, smart, very tactful guide. Very sensitive and pleasant to talk to. ... We really liked Armen! It was obvious that he knows the history and culture of his country well, on the way to Sevan we learned a lot, our guide was well prepared and surprised us with interesting facts from the history of Armenia and Yerevan. And also, Armen takes great photos, he has excellent taste! He took his time with us and took wonderful shots at Sevan. I want to add that Armen is a good, experienced driver (I usually get sick in transport, but this did not happen here). I will definitely recommend all my friends to go to Armenia with him!

    Our acquaintance with Armen began with a meeting at the airport. From the first seconds it became clear that we were not mistaken with the guide! Armen greeted us as dear guests, it seemed that we had arrived to visit a friend! In our family there are 2 sons aged 7 and 2 years, we travel a lot, despite their age. For us, the comfort of the car and calm and safe driving are very important. ... Armen drives a car masterfully. We went out almost every day, spent 5 wonderful days with Armen and did not get tired at all. Armenia is a delicious, sunny and very hospitable country, and our guide turned out to be a bright representative of it! Armen is a very competent and interesting storyteller, but does not burden you with unnecessary and complex information. His stories are always interesting and in every word he feels love for his country. Armen also takes great photos and we have his magnificent photos as a keepsake of the trip. We definitely recommend Armen! We will recommend to friends and, I hope, very soon we will return to this wonderful country and see each other again!     During spring break, my son, daughter and I vacationed in Yerevan. And we were very lucky that we chose Armen as our guide on this website. Armen accompanied us on two excursions: to the foot of Mount Ararat and to the temple of Garni, with a visit to the rock monastery of Geghard and impressive stone cliffs. Armen's erudition, pride in his country, and always good mood immediately attract attention. ...  It was very interesting to learn about the history of the creation of the Armenian alphabet from a person with linguistic knowledge. The children, who are 15 and 7 years old, were also carried away by the course of the excursions and took an active part in communicating with Armen. I hope that the trip to Armenia is not the last, and Armen will reveal many more interesting things to us!

    We took two excursions from Armen: Khor Virap and Garni - Geghard - Symphony of Stones. The trips were great! Comfortable car, careful driving, punctuality. Armen additionally showed us interesting and beautiful places that were not included in the excursion, told us a lot of interesting things. ... And the photos against the backdrop of Mount Ararat will remind us of sunny Armenia and the hospitable residents of this beautiful country. We definitely recommend Armen as a guide.

    I was in Armenia in mid-January 2023 for literally a week. I wanted to see my friend and at the same time experience the beauty of Armenia. I wrote to several guides, but only Armen responded faster than anyone. We agreed on the price and dates. On the designated days, he arrived at the hotel by 10:00 and drove along the specified route, along the way he could tell ... something about Armenia or Yerevan, although this was not part of our agreements. We returned to the hotel at 16-16:30. Directions: - Lake Sevan - Dilijan, etc. - Garni - Geghard, etc. - South of Armenia I was very worried about traveling alone in a foreign country, and in winter I thought that there was little to see. Armen showed me a lot of beautiful places and told me a lot of interesting things. Due to the weather conditions, we were unable to see Ararat in its entirety, but I think that we can just come again in the summer. Despite the fact that I didn't see it, there were many other equally beautiful landscapes. Armen drives carefully and is very attentive to his customers. In a foreign country, this is extremely important - not to feel like a stranger here. And what photos he takes, I got so many of my photos in 3 days, as no one has ever photographed me in my entire life, so many beautiful shots that sometimes it is even difficult to choose just one.

    My parents and I were on holiday in Yerevan and on the advice of our Airbnb host we found Armen. We had a total of 3-4 days to see Armenia in the second half of September 2022, so we decided not to waste time and go on all the distances and excursions of varying duration - from Tatev to Sevan. In addition, we were lucky to find and pick a peach on the way to Tatev and enjoy the sunset ... in Noravank. A wonderful program, interesting facts about historical places, a calm pace, very safe driving in unsafe places (on our initiative, near Karabakh), a comfortable car, Armen's attentiveness and help in any situation - this is a large part of our impressions of Armenia and its people, culture, culture of mutual assistance. Fast communication, calmness, reliability and respect from Armen conquered me and my parents and left only the warmest memories of Yerevan and Armenia.     I would like to start my review with words of great gratitude to Armen Arutyunyan. These were unforgettable days. The four days spent with Armen remained in our hearts. He surrounded us with care and attention. All the excursions were rich, interesting and memorable. We were pleasantly surprised by the transport, a comfortable Mercedes minibus, clean and new. ... Armen made us fall in love with Armenia. His stories are incredibly incendiary, it is obvious that the history of his country is interesting and close to him, and most importantly, Armen understands what he is talking about and answers any questions that are not related to the topic in full. He told us how and what his people live by, leaving in our souls the best impressions and a desire to return. He is great!!!     We were in Armenia at the end of June 2021, my husband and I. We had a couple of days and wanted to spend it as busy as possible (excursions). We contacted Armen. We were interested in a car tour of Armenia. On the first day we saw the sights of Yerevan, and on the second day the surrounding areas. ... We left at 10 am and were at the hotel by 5-6 pm. We are very glad that we came across such a person and guide as Armen. Firstly, he knows the history of not only the sights, but also the history of his country. Since we were visiting Armenia for the first time, we had a lot of questions! Secondly, there were no issues with the car at all (air conditioning, cleanliness, water, napkins, everything was up to par). Thirdly, a good impression, as of an educated, punctual and responsible person! By the way, there were no issues with Russian translation, his command is fluent - advanced. We visited these sights: *Yerevan city tour: Genocide Memorial Complex Tsitsernakaberd-Mother Armenia Monument and Victory Park-Cascade Monument-Republic Square-Garni Pagan Temple-Geghard Monastery of the Spear. Symphony of Stones. Day 2: Cableway in Tsaghkadzor-Lake Sevan and Monastery on the peninsula-Haghartsin Monastery in the forest-Forest Lake Parz. We would have seen more, but we are limited by time. The trip was a success, as there is a desire to come back again! So, dear compatriots, brothers and sisters, I sincerely recommend a good guide!
