Upon arrival in Armenia, your acquaintance will begin with the enchanting Yerevan, and then you will go to Echmiadzin, the spiritual capital of the country, where you can feel the grandeur and tranquility of this holy place.

Arrival in Yerevan. You will be met at the airport and transferred to the hotel. After accommodation, you will have free time to relax or explore the city on your own.

Sightseeing tour of Yerevan
In the morning, you will have a fascinating sightseeing tour of Yerevan, one of the oldest cities in the world. You will see the main sights of the capital: Republic Square with singing fountains, Cascade – a famous architectural complex with a panoramic view of the city, and also walk along the central streets, full of cozy cafes and shops. You will also visit the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.

Lunch
After the tour, you will enjoy a delicious lunch in one of the best restaurants in Yerevan, where you can try traditional Armenian cuisine. This is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in local gastronomic traditions and appreciate delicious and aromatic dishes prepared from fresh and natural products.

Etchmiadzin
In the afternoon, you will travel to the holy city of Etchmiadzin, the spiritual center of Armenia and the seat of the Catholicos of All Armenians. Here you will visit the Etchmiadzin Cathedral, one of the oldest Christian churches in the world, built in the 4th century. This is a holy place for every Armenian, and its majestic architecture leaves a lasting impression. You will also be able to see ancient relics and feel the spiritual atmosphere that reigns in this unique place.

Garni
The morning will begin with a trip to the ancient pagan temple of Garni, built in the 1st century AD. This temple, the only one preserved in Armenia, was dedicated to the sun god Mithra. Surrounded by the picturesque gorge of the Azat River, Garni is a real architectural wonder, where antiquity and nature merge into a unique harmony.

Geghard
After visiting Garni, you will go to the Geghard monastery, carved directly into the rock. This monastery complex, which was founded in the 4th century and is included in the UNESCO list, amazes with its spiritual power and amazing architecture. Many holy relics are kept here, which makes this place the center of Christian spirituality in Armenia.

Symphony of Stones
Then you will see a natural wonder – Symphony of Stones. This natural formation in the form of giant basalt columns, reminiscent of organ pipes, is located in a picturesque gorge near Garni. Unique geological forms create a breathtaking landscape that will not leave you indifferent.

Lunch

Lake Sevan
At the end of the day, you will go to Lake Sevan, the largest high-mountain lake in the Caucasus. Here you can enjoy picturesque views of the endless blue waters of the lake and fresh mountain air. Khor Virap
The morning will begin with a visit to one of the most famous monasteries in Armenia – Khor Virap. This holy place is located at the foot of the legendary Mount Ararat, which offers an impressive view. It was here, according to legend, that Gregory the Illuminator was imprisoned in an underground dungeon before converting Armenia to Christianity. Khor Virap is a symbol of the spiritual strength and faith of the Armenian people, and its historical significance and stunning views of Ararat make this place a must-see.

Areni
Next, your route will pass through the wine region of Areni, famous for its ancient winemaking traditions. Here you can visit one of the local wineries, where you will be offered a tasting of famous Armenian wines made from the unique grapes growing in these parts. Areni is not only a center of winemaking, but also a place of archaeological finds, including the oldest winery in the world, which was discovered in local caves.

Lunch
After the tour, you will have lunch in one of the cozy restaurants, where you can enjoy traditional Armenian cuisine. This will be a great opportunity to try delicious local delicacies and feel the hospitality of Armenia.

Noravank Monastery
The day will end with a visit to Noravank Monastery, hidden among the red rocks of the gorge. This 12th century monastery complex is a masterpiece of Armenian architecture, surrounded by majestic natural landscapes. Noravank is famous for its graceful reliefs and impressive harmony with the surrounding nature.
